Christel House emphasizes education and good citizenship. Children have a longer school day and longer school year. Time on task makes a difference. Our curriculum is rigorous and complemented by technology, foreign language, art, music and activities that develop life skills, character and community service.
Our Work-Study program helps graduates further their education through university or technical studies, and apprenticeships. Work-Study students receive career counseling, and assistance with university enrollment and job placement as well as medical support, stipends for books and transportation.
